I think the pamphlet is actually for the re-opening of the museum at a nearby building, not an ad for the same building, which would make sense considering this one closed down.

The launch pamphlet says July 1993 opening, yet the calendar from the time it was apparently abandoned notes June 1993. Did this place ever actually operate as a museum?
